Follow me on my new blog

A month ago I bought my own domain (!) and I would love it if you would go check out my new blog

Have a nice day and thank you!

Recently I went to Copenhagen for a couple of days, where my sister showed me the restaurant where her boyfriend works. The name of the restaurant is Hafnia and it is a small, very cozy, restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen and they mainly sell vegetarian food and it is so yummy. Like really yummy.

If you ever find yourself in Copenhagen you should definitely go eat here and enjoy one of their burgers together with a shake.

Better than Nike?

I have, without any doubt, always been a Nike girl. I have Nike training shoes, running shoes and everyday sneakers. But, when I was in New York, I found a new favorite sneaker brand and it is Puma. I like that I do not have to spend a couple of weeks on walking them in and that they do not look or feel clumsy – I can wear them with skinny jeans, a dress or skirt. They are without any doubt the most comfortable pair of sneakers I have ever owned.

You can find the shoes right here!

On My Mind

At the moment, I am really into plants – and want big plants. My problem is that I cannot figure out what kind of plant I want. Basically, I just want I plant that does not need to much care and want die. I do not think that is too much to ask for. I am planning to go to this place called “plantorama”, where you can buy all kind of plants and get some guidance on how to take care of them.

The pictures above I have found on Pinterest, where I often search for inspiration and beautiful pictures.

Major Throwback

Sunday my dad turned 60 years old (!), so Saturday we celebrated his birthday at a very cozy restaurant, called Malling Kro, with the rest of the family and some of his friends. The food tasted amazing and it was good to see everybody again. Actually, my sister gave birth to a baby-boy on Christmas eve, so this was his first trip to Aarhus, which was really exciting.

We are not the best at taking pictures in my family, so instead I will give you guys a major throwback to the nineties, where we were on vacation in Italy.

New York 2017

I am now back from an amazing vacation in New York. This was my second time in New York, even though I am not sure if the first-time count since I was only in the city for about 5 hours.  This time I saw the statue of liberty, ground zero, the 9/11 memorial museum, central park and much more. We stayed at a hotel right around the corner from the Empire State building and it only took us 20 minutes to walk to Times Square. We also saw the Lion King on Broadway, which was an incredible experience. Everyone who visits New York should see a musical on Broadway – it is an absolutely most.

Looking back part 5

So, now my when exam is over (yeah :D) I will tell you about my fifth and last trip in 2016. Back in August I went to Alanya, Turkey with my good friend Maria. The purpose of this vacation was to get tanned and drink good, strong drinks.  It even took us 3 days to get outside of the hotel and actual see the surroundings and have to admit that the place was beautiful. The only annoying think was that no one told us about the 2 hour bus trip from the airport to the hotel… but not harm done, we survived.

We did not take that many pictures because we were just laying at the pool and in evening we either went to a sports bar to watch the Olympics or we hang out we some of the other Danes.

2016 was one of the better travel years I have had and unfortunately I can already say that I am not going to travel a lot in 2017, because I am saving up for longer trip.
